Different, better and cheaper public services workshop

Matthew Horne and a colleague from The Innovation Unit will lead delegates in a workshop to examine the Radical Efficiency Model in more detail. Radical efficiency means different, better and cheaper public services. Their international research has identified more than 100 case-studies in different services, locations and on different scales. The Model attempts to distil the core components shared by all these examples. Can radical efficiency be embedded at the heart of a new approach to public services? This workshop is designed to be interactive, with plenty of opportunity to discuss key themes with Matthew.
